Groundwork is an exhibition marking the culmination of a year-long residency as part of Acme's Early Career Programme. It features works by Sam Meredith, Anouk Verviers, Joseph Ijoyemi, and Anna Malicka, spread across three levels of Kupfer. The artists present site-specific interventions responding to the building's architecture, reflecting their experience of sharing a studio over the past year. The title evokes beginnings, foundations, and the often-unseen labour underpinning the creative process.
