Grow Club is a gentle, wellbeing-focused garden session where people take part in activities such as gardening, learning new skills, or simply being present outdoors. It is run by Company Drinks in Barking Park, and this November session is a calm, focused workshop on taking hardwood cuttings from woody shrubs to root over winter, led with Anders. Participants arrive on time for a group check-in, introductions and a garden stretch and mindfulness, and should bring water and a packed lunch.
