A London demonstration forming part of an international day of action against the increased militarisation of our societies, including the rising cost and dangers of nuclear weapons. It arises from the International Conference Against War and is coordinated in the UK by Stop the War, with CND supporting the London protest. Participants say no to nuclear weapons, rearmament and conscription, and yes to well-funded health, education and public services, decent jobs and higher wages. Assemble at 12 noon for a rally opposite 10 Downing Street in central London.
