The Jot Gym is an acting workshop held at Riverside Studios. Run by Jot Theatre, it is open to any actor looking for a supportive, judgement-free place to flex their acting muscles between jobs. It is a low-pressure, friendly and exploratory workshop to unlock and reawaken the actor's body.
