Kimberly Akimbo is a musical, staged here as its European premiere. It has a book and lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire, music by Jeanine Tesori, and is directed by Michael Longhurst, starring Maria Friedman as Kimberly. Kimberly Levaco is about to turn 16 but looks 74 because of a rare genetic condition that ages her four times faster than her friends. After meeting Seth at the ice rink, she joins her ex-con aunt's get-rich-quick scam to find the cash for the adventures she dreams of beyond New Jersey.
