A poetry workshop titled Learning from Dead [Women] Poets, running in the Study at The London Library with tea and coffee provided. It is led by Clare Pollard, poet and author of Lives of the Female Poets, in collaboration with Dead [Women] Poets Society. Participants are inspired by the female writers who came before them, exploring how to steal, allude, translate, remix, modernise and speak to the dead. There is a particular focus on Amy Levy and Christina Rossetti, the spirits conjured at the séance held later that evening.
