A fast-paced led walk along the towpath of the Grand Union Canal, taking in some green spaces along the way. It is run by Hillingdon Council and follows various routes over a distance of 5 miles, with a good level of fitness required. The meeting point is the canal bridge adjacent to Yiewsley Health Centre, and no booking is needed. Walkers should wear suitable footwear, and dogs other than guide or assistance dogs are not allowed.
