Letterpress Poster Printing Workshop is a hands-on workshop in traditional letterpress printing, where you create your own poster using historic presses and wood type. It is run by St Bride Foundation, whose knowledgeable tutors guide you through hand-setting type, spacing and locking up your composition, and inking and pulling the press. You can print any text you wish, up to around 12 words, and small class sizes allow one-to-one support tailored to your abilities and interests. The session includes a full induction, health and safety guidance, and all materials, though prints need time to dry and cannot be taken home on the day.
