Lie Down and Listen is a deeply relaxing sound healing session and lying-down classical concert, offering a chance to relax, restore and shift perspective through sound and music. It is led by Lie Down and Listen founder and pianist Christina McMaster, who guides a deep relaxation followed by Tibetan bowl sound healing and a blissful live classical piano concert as you lie down in the stunning heritage space. The idea began with McMaster's grandmother telling how her grandfather, feeling unwell or down, went not to the hospital but to the Opera to be uplifted and healed, so sharing the experience at St Bartholomew's is particularly special. Mattresses, cushions and blankets are all included for your comfort.
