An exhibition of work by basket maker Lizzie Farey, shown at Flow Gallery. Farey creates intricate woven forms from willow and other natural materials, capturing a sense of calm and the stillness of nature. Inspired by the movement and patterns of landscapes, she shapes willow into rhythmic patterns or simple hollow forms. She grows her own willow in different colours and textures at her home in Galloway.
