A free craft workshop where children aged 5 to 12 design and decorate their own carnival-inspired headdress to take home and wear. It is run by Lambeth's Carnegie Library and invites participants to learn a little about the traditions behind Notting Hill Carnival while creating something filled with colour, patterns and imagination.
