The Dodo Micropub hosts a Mauritian Gastronomy Food Pop Up, an evening of Mauritian food at the pub. Chef Nishy serves Mauritian Gajaks Boards, a selection of street food bites made for pairing with a drink or two. The board brings fritters, stuffed chillies, spiced roasted eggs and fish samosas with coriander chutney and spicy piments crases, and a vegan board is also on offer.
