Meditation at Mayfair is a meditation workshop at a public library. It is run by Westminster City Council at Mayfair Library and teaches how meditation can wipe away daily stress, restore calm and inner peace, and bring enhanced physical and emotional well-being through focusing attention and letting go of jumbled thoughts.
