A guided afternoon walk through the thousands of trees of Crystal Palace Park, led by an experienced local guide. The walk introduces some of the park's 3500 trees, from ancient and sacred species to ones that could heal or harm, and includes simple grounding exercises, shared silence and mindful time to connect with nature. No prior experience is needed, just warm layers and curiosity.
