Midweek Meditations is a weekly guided meditation session held online, offering a peaceful pause in the middle of the week. It is led by Geoffrey Beitz, a College tutor who studied at the College and teaches mediumship and psychic development. During the 45-minute session, he guides participants into a relaxed state of meditation to cultivate self-awareness, clarity and contentment. It is open to all, including beginners, who need an internet connection and Zoom to take part.
