Naked Workout is a nude gym session held at Sweatbox Sauna and Gym, a queer sauna and gym in Soho. It takes place every Sunday from 2 pm to 4 pm and helps make the venue London's most popular queer sauna on a Sunday. Attendees work out in their birthday suit and save on the laundry. Clothing is optional at the venue for the rest of the week.
