NCT Antenatal Class is an antenatal course preparing expectant parents for birth and early parenthood, covering labour, birth choices, feeding, newborn care and recovery after birth. It is run by NCT, the UK's leading charity for pregnancy, birth, infant feeding and early parenthood. Five evidence-based sessions are led by an experienced NCT practitioner, with time to ask questions and meet other expectant parents whose babies are due around the same time.
