A one-day symposium on the global challenge of antibiotic resistance, part of a three-part academic series of workshops and lectures in London. It is organised by the University of Notre Dame College of Science in collaboration with Notre Dame London, with faculty lead Shahriar Mobashery, and features lectures by nine experts on mechanisms of resistance and the development of new therapeutics. Speakers come from institutions in France, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and the USA, with Christopher Schofield of the University of Oxford as keynote speaker.
