A musical version of Pinocchio, the story of a little wooden puppet built by the woodcarver Geppetto and brought to life by the Blue Fairy, whose nose grows each time he lies and who longs to become a real boy. It has a book and lyrics by Charlie Josephine, music and lyrics by Jim Fortune, and is directed by Sean Holmes. Playing in the open air of the Globe Theatre, it follows Pinocchio through adventures where he learns the true meaning of freedom, family and what makes you human. A moving, whimsical festive treat for the whole family, told with puppetry and song.
