An evening of two award-winning Irish solo shows at the Union Theatre. In Frigid, written and performed by Rosa Bowden with live DJ Ciarán Gallagher and directed by Hildegard Ryan, Niamh O'Reilly, still never kissed at 14, navigates a 2007 Dublin teenage disco with her friends on a mission to change that, in a coming of age comedy about frenemies, first times and figuring it out. In Plus (n)One, written and performed by Daragh Cushen and directed by Rosa Bowden, Mark, a single queer man tired of being a recurring character in other people's weddings, re-enters the modern dating scene in a hilarious search for connection. The double bill runs for two hours with an interval.
