The Portobello Beer Festival returns to Catford Bridge Tavern, celebrating all things beer with fantastic pours, festival food specials and events worth raising a glass to. The tavern pours beers from breweries including Portobello, Vocation, Drop Project, DEYA, Supercute, Brockley, Wiper and true, Big Smoke, Palindrome and Anspach & Hobday. On the festival's first day it marks National Cat Day with a Meet the Brewer session from 7.30pm, alongside German sausages and beer pairings. Ten pence from every festival pint sold goes to Only a Pavement Away, a charity helping people facing or experiencing homelessness find employment in hospitality.
