A double bill of two short plays, "Public Address" and "The Window", staged at the Etcetera Theatre. Playwright J Ivanel Johnson (Canada) and Ben Anadolu (UK) tackle homelessness in big cities, raising uncomfortable questions people would rather ignore or run away from. In "Public Address", Johnson challenges whether we really listen to what we hear and see what we look at, and what we might miss when we do not pay enough attention. In "The Window", Anadolu revisits the famous meeting between Alexander the Great and Diogenes, asking whether we are only reliving the same scene with different actors in a new setting.
