A 60-minute comedy play with no interval, recommended for ages 10 and up, that traces the untold birth of Fake News. It is written by Isabella Heaver, directed by Harry Conway, and presented by DBN Productions LTD/Harry Conway, with Heaver also playing Nadica. Nadica is a driven young Macedon/Brit who stops at nothing to build an empire of lies, defying tech giants, Covid lockdowns and a crumbling economy. DBN Productions is a new writing company staging cutting contemporary theatre that has toured Britain and Ireland and appears often at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
