A two-day, in-person Reiki 1 workshop held at the College of Psychic Studies in London, where participants receive the four Reiki attunements and learn to channel Reiki energy for themselves, friends and family. It is taught by Torsten Lange and Claire Hall of The Reiki Academy, founded by Reiki Master Torsten Lange, who conducted the world's first scientific research proving Reiki's effects across physical, emotional and spiritual levels. The course blends original Japanese Reiki teachings with the Western lineage, covering the philosophy and history of Reiki healing, the classic 12 hand positions, Reiki for pets, plants, spaces and distant healing, and hands-on practice with personal guidance. It is accredited by the UK Reiki Federation, suits complete beginners and those seeking an accredited introduction, and includes an internationally recognised Reiki 1 certificate, a printed manual and lifelong access to an online campus.
