A comedy musical that gives a deliberately misinformed and inaccurate retelling of the Gunpowder Plot, Britain's infamous tale of treason. It is by WIT? Theatre Company, four actor-writers from the comedy show NewsRevue, with Pleasance, and features the voice of Stephen Fry as narrator. Expect hilarious songs, forbidden love and explosive action in this ridiculously camp show, which follows a sold-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe and is described as having the feel of Operation Mincemeat and SIX combined.
