Sacred Drum Journey for Samhain is an in-person sound healing session offering deep relaxation held within the healing rhythms of the sacred drum. It is led by Heather McDonald, a College of Psychic Studies alumna with over 20 years in cancer care who has trained with Gerrie March and received her first sacred drum on her travels in Africa. The evening focuses on grounding, protecting and strengthening your energy field, with a soundscape tailored to the energies of the Samhain season, guided intention-setting and a cosy space with a yoga mat, pillow and blanket provided. No prior experience is necessary.
