Shakespeare’s Walking Tour is an outdoor guided walk through Bankside, London’s original theatre district. Expert guides from Shakespeare’s Globe lead visitors through over 400 years of history, bringing to life stories of Thameside ferrymen, animal-baiting sports, and The Rose, the Elizabethan playhouse where some of Shakespeare’s earliest plays are believed to have been first performed. Tickets include entry to the exhibition about the history and magic behind Shakespeare’s Globe. The tour is in English, suitable for all ages, and lasts one hour and 30 minutes.
