A beginner-friendly shuffle dance and cutting shapes class, running weekly on Friday evenings and open to complete beginners or anyone wanting to build confidence with the basics. Each session breaks the moves down step by step, with time to practise and build rhythm, coordination and confidence without feeling rushed. The foundational moves covered include the Running Man, T-Step, basic cutting shapes, kicks, Charleston-style movements, transitions and rhythm work, linked into simple combinations. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and trainers, and bring water.
