Mosaic Rooms presents sounding towards – –, a five-month project turning the gallery into a site for listening, sonic experimentation and conviviality. It features an installation From–To by Gaza's Dahaleez Collective, Common Frequencies by El Warcha Collaborative Design Studio, and a rolling programme of artist takeovers by Bint Mbareh, 1000 Pounds to Survive Us, felix taylor and Aditi Jaganathan. Instruments, recording devices, books and listening stations remain available for use, misuse and re-use, and Sunday Jams run throughout the project, free, open and bookable in advance. Initiated and developed by Angelina Radaković in conversation with the artists, the project is an experiment in institutional openness, asking what kinds of collectivities can emerge through shared acts of listening and convening.
