Space for Silence turns the main body of a church into a candlelit oasis of peace in the heart of the busy city, welcoming anyone for a time of quiet and stillness. The hour offers an opportunity for mindfulness, reflection and prayer, whether for five minutes or the full hour. It runs each weekday at the end of the day and throughout the year, though occasional events may suspend it. Space and time for quiet reflection, contemplation and prayer.
