It looks back to the 1976 exhibition and conference 'Video: Towards Defining an Aesthetic' at Third Eye Centre, Glasgow, organised by Krikorian, which led to the founding of London Video Arts and included Marshall's 'Privileged View'. The exhibition re-stages Marshall's 'Privileged View' (1976) and Krikorian's 'Breeze' (1975), presenting them for the first time in fifty years and together for the first time, alongside historic works, recent archival recoveries, photo and video documentation, recorded oral histories, an archive display and a programme of short videos by both artists. Drawing on the artists' own archives, it takes a queer feminist approach to re-imagining their work and treats the archive as open rather than fixed, framed by its curators as an audio-visual fanzine created in a spirit of collectivity.", "url": "https://noky.io/en/london/events/late-night-conversations-stuart-marshall-tamara-krikorian-37114/", "official_url": "", "image": "https://noky.io/images/b156d517bd7d71a3177cb6b8560fd13a626f4d6b6b3fd65c7ce85315d8891909-2000.webp"}, {"title": "Process Makes Practice", "start": "2026-10-28T00:00:00Z", "end": "2026-11-08T00:00:00Z", "place": "Camden Arts Centre", "address": "Arkwright Road 52, NW3 6DG London", "price": "Free", "price_from": "0.00", "price_to": "0.00", "tickets_url": "", "category": "exhibitions-museums", "tags": ["art/contemporary", "community"], "description": "Process Makes Practice is a free drop-in exhibition at Camden Art Centre marking the culmination of a three-year programme supported by The Mildred Fund, working with artists and young people in the local area. Clark is a London-based artist, curator and writer working across film, installation and performance, focusing on moving image in the expanded field and the non-aligned histories of the global south. During the residency he collaborates for the first time with his partner, the artist Eiko Soga, exploring children's prelinguistic worlds and sonic resonances, from field recordings made in an anechoic chamber during a pregnancy to an active recording and experimental studio space. Inspired by the Maarui Children Farm in Tokyo and by the philosophies of Masanobu Fukuoka, the two look to bring children into their practices and work with natural processes and garden ingredients, stepping away from the fixed certainties of film production.", "url": "https://noky.io/en/london/events/george-clark-and-eiko-soga-50256/", "official_url": "", "image": "https://noky.io/images/32ec879ac1df4acfdabfc668c359fb098c3218349ca1a60815115557a2796007-2000.webp"}]}
