A weekend workshop on the methods of the book 'Taming the Tiger', introducing relaxation, visualisation and meditation exercises for everyday difficulties. The exercises were created and developed by Akong Tulku Rinpoche and are based on Buddhist principles that everyone can access. The untamed mind is described through the metaphor of a wild tiger, and the workshop is suitable for beginners as well as those with some meditation experience. It is led by Sarah Wass, a Tara Rokpa therapist and former Art Therapist in the UK public sector who received guidance from Akong Rinpoche.
