The Bereavement Journey is a course of 7 sessions of films and discussion for bereaved adults, whether grieving a death now or exploring a previous unresolved bereavement. It is a place to talk, supported by a Guest Manual and facilitated by volunteers, helping people do their own grief work. Loss needs to be processed for physical and mental health and wellbeing, as unresolved grief can affect attitudes, relationships and attainment. Attendance at all sessions is recommended, though joining at Session 2 is possible, and it can also benefit those in anticipatory grief or pregnancy loss.
