Funky Social Dance is a fun, inclusive social dance workshop open to all abilities, exploring a variety of dance styles, occasionally with partner work, set mainly to classic 1970s funk music. It is led by Isaac 'Vitamin' Baptiste, a respected dancer, choreographer and educator with over 20 years' teaching experience and founder of The Imperial Steps Dance Group and Plan Zer0. Participants build fitness, coordination, confidence and musicality in a relaxed, supportive environment that encourages creativity and social connection. No previous dance experience is needed, and the workshops are designed for adults over 18.
