The Floor Is Yours offers open dance sessions on The Dance Floor, a sprung dance floor in the foyer of Sadler's Wells East in Stratford. Run by Sadler's Wells, the sessions give dancers of all ages, backgrounds, skill levels and dance styles a shared space to practise their moves, alone or with friends. No pre-booking is needed: you register at the Welcome Desk on arrival, and a two-hour limit is recommended so everyone gets a turn. The 8 by 8 metre floor is free to use, with headphones or a Bluetooth system available for music.
