It is organised by Indie A. Choudhury and Professor Steve Edwards and supported by the Manton Foundation. Akomfrah is a pioneering artist filmmaker whose multi-screen installations explore memory, postcolonialism and time, often through the experience of global migrant diasporas, and he was a founding member of the Black Audio Film Collective.
