The Sands Family, Ireland's beloved folk family, give a special live performance at the Irish Cultural Centre with special guest Ava Turnbull. For over fifty years the County Down siblings Tommy, Ben, Colum and Anne have brought people together through music, storytelling and a deep love of Ireland's cultural traditions, moving from foot-stomping jigs and reels to poignant contemporary ballads. Fifteen-year-old singer-songwriter Ava Turnbull, part of the renowned Sands family, blends her family's folk roots with her own fresh influences, singing and playing guitar, fiddle or bodhrán.
