Totengedenken (Ham) is a memorial service in which the departed are remembered on the feasts of All Saints and All Souls. It is held by the German-speaking Catholic community St Boniface, whose members' graves often lie far away and scattered. Those who wish can submit a name to an online book of remembrance by 2 November, and a candle will be lit for each name during the service.
