An in-person sound healing evening where you relax deeply while the healing rhythms of the sacred drum, immersive soundscapes and gentle chants harmonise your energy. You lie back on a provided yoga mat, pillow and blanket in a cosy, held space, disconnecting from everyday stress and settling into stillness. No prior experience is necessary for this session of deep relaxation, rejuvenation and energetic balance. It is led by Heather McDonald, a College of Psychic Studies alumna with over 20 years in cancer care who received her first sacred drum on her travels in Africa and now offers therapeutic sacred drum sessions for individuals and groups.
