Wellbeing walks – Downhills Park and Lordship Rec (Wednesdays) is a circular group walk of 45 to 60 minutes through Downhills Park, meeting next to the Forks and Green cafe on West Green Road. Haringey Wellbeing Walks are free and led by trained volunteer walk leaders, offering group walks across Haringey's parks and green spaces, and all residents are welcome. Walkers should arrive a few minutes early and introduce themselves to the walk leader.
