A hands-on 3D Printing Seminar at the BioVenture eLab Makerspace, for anyone with ideas for a new medical device or a tool to improve medical instruction. The seminar features Dylan Manuele, a Weill Cornell Medicine medical student with a biomedical engineering degree from the University of Rochester, who serves as vice president of Weill Cornell Class Council and Junior Clinician, Weill Cornell Community Clinic. Attendees learn to use specialized software to create 3D printing designs and bring innovations to life. Topics include biodesign concepts, how to use design software, and tips for using a 3D printer to generate an initial prototype.
