Ballet Fit is a fitness class that combines ballet exercises with cardio exercises. It is designed for people of all movement abilities, who work on toning and strengthening, coordination, balance, and flexibility, with benefits including improved heart health, stamina, and strength. The class is taught by Azucena Rollan Mas, an accomplished dancer and performer. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and footwear; it is open to ages 13+.
