A program of award-winning short films from the BAMkids Film Festival, put together for children aged six to eight. Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) presents festival favorites about friendship and adventure, including the BAMmie Animated Short winner Bobel's Kitchen and the Honorable Mention winner Snow Bear. The seventy-five-minute program gathers animated shorts from around the world, following a gallery cat who becomes an artist at night, a lonely polar bear who makes his own friend, a poisonous mushroom who dreams of becoming a cook, and other tales of courage and imagination.
