An evening of interactive learning and discussion celebrating Robert Thurman's Buddhism, part of a pop-up series exploring his thought, practicing his meditations, and sharing memories of his teachings. This session, "Creative Bob," features artist Scott Snibbe, author of How to Train a Happy Mind, and Michael McCormick, a specialist in early Tibetan art, in conversation about Thurman's ability to create pathways to enlightenment. Both Tibet House board members, they will discuss how Thurman deepened appreciation of Tibetan art's spiritual significance and its function as a support for meditation. The event is held in person and online, with no charge and donations welcome.
