A lecture titled "Chemical Proteomics to Define and Target Functional Proteoforms in Immunity", part of the Monday Lecture Series at Rockefeller University. The speaker is E. Katya Vinogradova, assistant professor and head of the Laboratory of Chemical Immunology and Proteomics at The Rockefeller University. She will discuss how her laboratory combines chemical proteomics with functional genomics to reveal hidden layers of immune regulation, including remodeling of functional protein states during T cell exhaustion and macrophage activation. She will also present C-MAP, a platform for mapping metabolite-sensitive protein states, and how these approaches point to new opportunities for selective chemical targeting of immune cells.
