It is led by Roger Ferney-Cortés, who invites participants to treat the gate, often a boundary between public and private space, as a shared surface for experimentation and exchange. Using airbrushes, hand tools and mark-making techniques, participants inscribe and physically manipulate the corrugated steel, exploring the material itself rather than only painted imagery. At the end, the gate is deconstructed and reassembled into a single composition, turning an urban barrier into a collective artwork; no experience is needed, materials and safety equipment are provided, and it is for ages 8 and up.", "url": "https://noky.io/en/new-york/events/collective-roll-up-workshop-54603/", "official_url": "https://open-source-gallery.org/event/collective-roll-up-workshop/", "image": "https://noky.io/images/23a888f8d08b01afe6da2bdb7315a94aa3ab66988da551947de7ec431dd0f79f-2000.webp", "dates": [{"start": "2026-11-07T13:00:00-05:00", "end": "2026-11-07T17:00:00-05:00", "place": "Open Source Gallery", "address": "17th Street 306, 11215", "tickets": ""}], "similar": []}
