It is led by Dr. Pierre Arty, a psychiatrist who is Chief Psychiatric Officer for Housing Works and a member of the Ethical Culture Social Service Board. The session is not a political debate but a sharing of fears and concerns as well as resilience and empowerment, and of strategies for coping with the impacts on people and society.
