ROCK ROCK ROCK AEROBICS is a free, one-hour class of high-energy movement and music. It is presented by Community Activate in partnership with the National Lighthouse Museum, led by Anna Copa Cabanna, and made possible through a grant from Citizens Committee for New York City. No experience is needed and no pressure to keep up: all bodies, all abilities, and all fitness levels are welcome. Everyone who attends also receives free admission to the National Lighthouse Museum for the day.
