Craft Your Own Glögg: A Nordic Experience is a hands-on workshop where participants make their own glögg infusion to steep at home for the holidays. Chef Ulrika Bengtsson demonstrates how she prepares her traditional Swedish wine glögg live, while guests enjoy tastings and learn the history, spices, and techniques behind the festive favorite. It is held at Scandinavia House, with Björk supplying all infusion materials and complementing the experience with upcoming winter menu items and traditional Scandinavian classics. Participants bring their own 375 ml bottle of vodka or a non-alcoholic substitute.
