Fall Complete LUCID BODY Basics w/ Fay Simpson is an acting workshop course of eight Thursday sessions combining Basics Level 1 and 2. It is taught by Fay Simpson and uses a yoga-based warm-up and exploration of the seven chakra energy centers to uncover emotional and physical blocks that limit expression. The first half focuses on postural alignment and moving beyond the comfort zone, while the second works with archetypes, the space between people, and the shadow. The course offers practical tools for auditions, rehearsals, performance, and life.
